G.I.R.L. Power Summit

G.I.R.L. (Grow • Identify • Rise • Lead)

The Girl Power Summit is a full-day empowerment experience created by Women’s Healing and Empowerment Network Inc. (WHEN Inc.) for girls ages 14–18, designed to help them show up bold, whole, and confident. Rooted in the G.I.R.L. framework—Grow, Identify, Rise, and Lead—the summit guides girls through self-discovery, confidence-building, and personal empowerment. Through inspiring speakers, hands-on workshops, group discussions, and fun activities, girls will explore self-awareness, emotional intelligence, mental health, and self-love—gaining the tools and mindset to own their greatness and lead with purpose.
