Welcome to Women’s Healing and Empowerment Network Inc. (WHEN Inc.).

I’m Shameka Jones, Founder and President. WHEN Inc. was born from my own healing journey. I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate pain, rejection, and the work of becoming whole again. My journey of healing sparked a deep desire to help other women and girls find the support, tools, and community they need to heal too.

This organization exists because healing is possible—and when one woman heals, she truly does heal generations. You are not alone, and your healing matters here.
