Welcome to the Women’s Healing and Empowerment Network Inc. (“WHEN Inc.”) membership community. By accessing or participating in this membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Purpose of the Membership

This membership provides faith-based encouragement, educational materials, self-development tools, self-help activities, recordings, and access to wellness resources intended to support emotional growth, self-awareness, healing, and empowerment.

This membership is designed to complement, not replace, professional care.

No Professional Relationship

Participation in this membership does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, medical provider-patient, or clergy-counselee relationship.

WHEN Inc., its founder, board members, volunteers, facilitators, speakers, and contributors are not acting as licensed mental health professionals unless explicitly stated.

Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

The content provided within this membership is educational and inspirational only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health or medical condition.

Members are encouraged to seek professional support from licensed therapists, counselors, physicians, or healthcare providers as needed.

Member Responsibility

By participating, members acknowledge and agree that:

  • They are responsible for their own emotional, mental, and physical well-being

  • They will seek professional care when appropriate

  • They understand healing is a personal journey and outcomes may vary.
