Our mission is to break cycles of trauma—family-rooted, generational, and societal—by equipping women and girls with the tools to heal, thrive, and live out their purpose.
We envision a future where every woman and girl—of every race, age, and background—overcomes trauma, rises as an empowered leader, and boldly walks in her God-given purpose.
PROBLEMS WE TACKLE
Many women and girls carry the weight of childhood trauma, rejection, and generational pain that hinders confidence and purpose.
Nearly 64% of U.S. adults report at least one Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE), and 19.2% of females report four or more — increasing long-term mental and emotional risks. (CDC)
Many women and girls lack access to safe, faith-based spaces for healing and support, leaving emotional wounds unaddressed and cycles of trauma unbroken.

Uplift Her 2026
Women’s Healing and Empowerment Network Inc. (WHEN Inc.) proudly participated in the Uplift Her Women’s Wellness Day, connecting with nearly 200 women and sharing our mission to help women and girls heal from trauma, break generational cycles, and thrive in purpose.
Woman Heal Thy Soul Virtual Conference 2025
Over 90 women participated in the virtual Woman Heal Thy Soul Conference, earning a 5-star rating from attendees and raising $1,030 to support our healing mission.
Girl Power Summit 2026
The Inaugural Girl Power Summit was a free, empowering event for girls ages 13–18 focused on building confidence, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence and identity. Through interactive workshops and inspiring speakers, girls were equipped to grow, lead, and walk boldly in who they are. Learn More
Woman Heal Thy Soul Workshop 2026
WHEN Inc. partnered with The City of Zion Church Women’s ministry to host a Woman Heal Thy Soul Workshop, engaging 45 women in healing and empowerment.

The Woman Heal Thy Soul Conference is an empowering event designed for women, featuring workshops, keynote speakers, and panel discussions. Attendees will delve into emotional healing, self-care, and personal growth within a supportive environment that fosters healing and transformation. Join us on this journey to embrace holistic healing and wellness.
Girl Power Summit
The Girl Power Summit is a full-day experience that empowers girls ages 13–18 to recognize their worth, embrace their strengths, and own their greatness. Through inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, group discussions, and engaging activities, girls explore self-awareness, emotional intelligence, mental health, and identity. In a supportive community, participants build meaningful connections and gain practical tools to navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and grow into confident, empowered leaders.
Workshops & Webinars
WHEN Inc.’s workshops and webinars equip women and girls with practical tools to heal, grow, and thrive. Through evidence-informed, spiritually grounded education, guided reflection, and meaningful conversations, we explore self-awareness, emotional intelligence, managing triggers, grief and loss, forgiveness, identity, boundaries, and healthy relationships.
Our in-person and virtual experiences bring together mental health professionals, coaches, ministry leaders, and other knowledgeable facilitators to help participants recognize unhealthy patterns, strengthen emotional well-being, and make choices that support lasting generational change.
Beginning in 2027, we plan to expand our professional development offerings with qualifying workshops and conference sessions that provide continuing education opportunities for therapists, coaches, and other helping professionals, subject to applicable approvals and credentialing requirements.
